Clemson Club Cheerleading
ABOUT
This is our ninth year as a club at Clemson University. We are so proud to compete in the Intermediate All-Girl D1A division. Our club is for Clemson students only. We encourage athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds to tryout for our team. Our ultimate goal each season is to compete at NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, and we prepare for this by competing in several local competitions throughout the year.
We are excited to represent Clemson University once again this year. To our friends, families, and fans, we greatly appreciate all of the support, past and present!
Orange Team
Our competitive team competes at NCA Nationals in the intermediate all-girl D1A division in addition to multiple local showcases/competitions. 20 full-time members, along with alternates, are taken onto the Orange team. Our team goes from August-April and practices 2-3X per week.
Purple Team
A practice team for members to maintain their tumbling and stunting skills throughout the season without any strict commitment. This team is ideal for members looking for a lower time commitment or bridge students. The Purple team’s status is dependent on the level of interest shown by athletes both at and after tryouts. The Purple team practices 1-2X per week.
